Difficulties I can help with include relationship problems, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, bereavement, and loneliness.

I am bilingual and can offer individual therapy sessions in English and German. Sessions are weekly and last for 50 minutes. My standard fee is £75 per session.

I see clients face-to-face in East Finchley and Finsbury Park. I am also available for remote sessions via Zoom.

If you would like to talk to me and explore working together, I offer an initial 30 mins phone call free of charge. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and I can answer any questions you might have.
